Common use of Living Accommodation Clause in Contracts

Living Accommodation. The premises consist of the bedroom assigned to the Resident, together with fair use and responsibility of the shared unit facilities (hereinafter called the “Shared Unit Facilities”). Shared Unit Facilities include, but are not necessarily limited to, the kitchen(ette), bathroom, and living space. 4.1 Room Assignment Residents are assigned to a room by Student Housing & Residence Life in its sole and absolute discretion. During the application process, Category A & B applicants will be able to indicate bachelor unit preferences (small bachelor or large bachelor), however preferences are not guaranteed. Applicants will have the opportunity to indicate any personalized accommodation requests during the application. In order to increase likelihood that accommodations can be met, personalized accommodations should be submitted by the application deadline.
