Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment In all solicitation, either by competitive bidding or negotiation, made by the Contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential Subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Contractor of the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement and the Regulations relative to non-discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.

Review of Materials During the term of this Agreement, Client shall ensure that all prospectuses, statements of additional information, registration statements, proxy statements, reports to shareholders, advertising and sales literature or other materials prepared for distribution to Fund shareholders or the public, which refer to the Subadviser in any way, prepared by employees or agents of Client or its affiliates are consistent with information previously provided by Subadviser. Subadviser shall promptly notify the Client of any changes to information pertaining to the Subadviser and stated in the materials described in this Section 6(g).
ODUF Packing Specifications 6.3.1 The data will be packed using ATIS EMI records. A pack will contain a minimum of one (1) message record or a maximum of ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine (99,999) message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. Maintenance Manual No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer. The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.
Specifications That part of the Contract Documents consisting of written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards, and workmanship as applied to the Work, and certain administrative requirements and procedural matters applicable thereto.
