List of Approved Projects. The Port shall maintain a list of Capital Improvement projects and provide it to Airline upon Xxxxxxx’s request, including the projects listed on Exhibit F that have been approved by the Majority-in-Interest or that have been subject to review by the Signatory Airlines under subsection 6.2. This list shall be the basis for cost reporting to the Airlines as prescribed in the Capital Project Procedures.
