Limited Waivers of Consequential Defaults and Events of Default. The Holders waive any Default or Event of Default that may have resulted and be continuing under the Indenture or any of the other Notes Documents as a result of the Issuer’s failure to (x) redeem the Notes pursuant to Section 3.08(a) in connection with the quarter ending February 29, 2020, and (b) pay the April 30 Interest Obligation in full in cash on April 30, 2020.
