Interest Obligation definition

Interest Obligation means the obligation of the Corporation to pay interest on the Debentures, as and when the same becomes due;
Interest Obligation means the obligation of the Company to pay interest on the Debentures, as and when the same becomes due;
Interest Obligation means the Company's obligation to pay interest on the Debentures in accordance with the Indenture;

  • To the extent the Current Market Price is lower than the price required by the policies or rules of any applicable exchange or market, the Shares to be issued in satisfaction of the Corporation’s Interest Obligation on the Debentures shall be issued at the lowest price permitted by such exchange or market.

  • The Shares to be issued in satisfaction of the Corporation’s Interest Obligation on the Debentures shall be issued at the then Current Market Price.
