Common use of Limitation of Services Clause in Contracts

Limitation of Services. You acknowledge that the Services are administrative in nature, and in providing the Services, Our role is to assist in facilitating access to certain insurance, health, wellness and/or other services from Service Providers and when requested assist in accessing insurance coverage for health care benefits. To the extent permitted by applicable law, You also acknowledge that the Services do not involve the provision of any medical, healthcare, other wellness service, accounting, tax, legal or other professional services other than as set out in a Service Schedule, and that We are not a fiduciary.
