LIGHTBULBS. The Landlord shall furnish light bulbs in the fixtures installed by the Landlord at the time the Tenant takes possession of the Rented Premises, but not thereafter. Upon termination of the tenancy, the Tenant shall be responsible for ensuring that all light bulbs are in operable condition.
