LIGHTBULBS Clause Samples

The LIGHTBULBS clause specifies the responsibilities regarding the provision, maintenance, and replacement of lightbulbs within a leased property. Typically, this clause clarifies whether the landlord or the tenant is responsible for ensuring that all light fixtures are equipped with working bulbs at the start of the lease and for replacing them as needed during the tenancy. By clearly allocating this minor but recurring maintenance duty, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that both parties understand their obligations regarding lighting in the premises.
