Common use of Life Jackets Clause in Contracts

Life Jackets. Contractors must provide its employees with a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket or buoyant work vest whenever contractors are working in areas where there is the potential for falling into a river, lake, forebay, and headwater or where the danger of drowning exists. Such jackets or vests must be worn at all times and fastened properly to ensure adequate protection.
