Small Business Subcontracting Plan. (this clause is applicable to contracts in excess of $650,000 [$1,500,000 in the case of contracts for construction of a public facility], except for contracts awarded to small business concerns as defined by section 3 of the Small Business Act, 15 U.S.C. § 632, and the applicable regulations in Part 121 of Title 13 of the Code of Federal Regulations) The Contractor shall adopt a subcontracting plan that complies with the requirements set forth in the Small Business Act and in the clause entitled "Small Business Subcontracting Plan (JAN 2011)," which clause is contained in Section 52.219-9 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (section 52.219-9 of title 48 of the Code of Federal Regulations). (Subparagraphs (d) and (e) of such clause are the primary portions of the clause that concern the contents and effective implementation of subcontracting plans.) The Contractor shall insert the clause entitled "Utilization of Small Business Concerns" (see above) in subcontracts that offer further subcontracting opportunities and shall comply with the requirements for record keeping and reporting to the Federal Government.

Small Business Subcontracting Plan. Some or all of the Goods and Services provided hereunder may be used in a contract with the federal government and, therefore, may be subject to the requirements of FAR section 52.219-9. If applicable, each Supplier (except small business concerns) whose contract is expected to exceed $650,000 ($1,500,000 for construction) and has subcontracting possibilities is required to submit an acceptable subcontracting plan to the Customer. The plan shall include spending goals with businesses that are defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration as small, women-owned small, veteran-owned small, service-disabled veteran-owned small, HUBZone, small disadvantaged (SDB), Alaskan Native Corporations, and Indian tribes. If the Supplier fails to submit a plan within the time limit prescribed by the Customer, Customer may terminate this Agreement. The Supplier assures that the clause entitled “Small Business Subcontracting Plan” will be included in all subcontracts, that offer further subcontracting opportunities, and all subcontractors (except small business concerns) who receive subcontracts in excess of $650,000 ($1,500,000 for construction) will be required to adopt a plan similar to this plan.

Small Business Subcontracting Plan. The Offeror’s attention is directed to Section I clauses FAR 52.219-9 entitled Small Business Subcontracting Plan, DFARS 252.219-7003 entitled “Small Business Subcontracting Plan (DoD Contracts)” and FAR 52.219-16 entitled “Liquidated Damages – Small Business Subcontracting Plan”. As prescribed in FAR 19.708, Offerors other than small business concerns shall submit a subcontracting plan and that plan, once approved, shall be made part of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Small Business Subcontracting Plan. The Subcontractor’s Small Business Subcontracting Plan dated Click or tap to enter a date is hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Subcontract. Failure of the Subcontractor to comply in good faith with the Buyer’s approved Small Business Subcontracting Plan shall be considered a material breach of this Subcontract and shall be a basis for terminating this Subcontract. During the period of performance of this Subcontract, the Subcontractor shall submit the Individual Subcontracting Report (ISR) and/or the Summary Subcontract Report (SSR), in accordance with FAR 52.219-9 using the Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx . Upon request from Buyer, Subcontractor shall promptly provide any requested information and/or documents relating to its subcontracting of any portion of this Subcontract, including information regarding or relating to the small business size and socioeconomic category status of any of its subcontractors. Failure to promptly provide such information shall be a material breach of this Subcontract and shall be a basis for terminating this Subcontract. Subcontractor shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buyer for any and all liability, loss, damages, penalties, claims, costs, and expenses, including attorney fees and costs of legal action, litigation, or settlement, arising from or relating to Subcontractor’s failure to comply with Subcontractor’s approved Small Business Subcontracting Plan, submit required reports or information thereunder, or promptly provide to Buyer any requested information and/or documents described in the preceding paragraph.
Small Business Subcontracting Plan. The contractor shall submit a Small Business Subcontracting Plan that describes the outreach plan to designated small businesses for involving them in contract execution. The plan shall describe the oversight, use, and management of subcontractors certified as small businesses; shall identify and provides pertinent information regarding teaming partners to include address, ownership responsibilities, skills, management approach, roles, and reporting relationships.
Small Business Subcontracting Plan. If applicable (Offerors under the assigned NAICS code herein), the Offeror shall submit a subcontracting plan in accordance with FAR Clause 52.219-9 and DFARS Clause 252.219- 7003 (for reference see FAR 19.704 and DFARS 219-704). The negotiation of a subcontracting plan shall not be considered discussions or a reopening of this Solicitation. If an apparently successful Offeror fails to negotiate an acceptable subcontracting plan by time of award, they will be ineligible for award. The subcontracting plan requirement is not applicable to small business concerns qualified as such under the NAICS code assigned to this solicitation. Master subcontracting plans can be included as an appendix to the subcontracting plan and will not count towards the page count. L.4.5 VOLUME V- COST/ PRICE PROPOSAL L.4.5.1 COST/ PRICE PROPOSAL The cost/price proposal has no page limitation. Offerors shall provide cost/price information to meet the cost reimbursable and fixed price nature of the contract.
