Common use of License Scope Clause in Contracts

License Scope. The license granted herein shall not be construed to confer any rights upon LICENSEE by implication, estoppel or otherwise as to any technology not specifically set forth in PATENT RIGHTS. UNIVERSITY shall be free to grant commercial licenses to the PATENT RIGHTS to third parties in all fields outside the LICENSE FIELD and/or outside the LICENSED TERRITORY.
