No Unlicensed Use Clause Samples
The "No Unlicensed Use" clause prohibits parties from using certain intellectual property, products, or services unless they have obtained the appropriate license or authorization. In practice, this means that any use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the protected material is only permitted if explicitly allowed under the terms of a valid license agreement. This clause serves to protect the rights holder by preventing unauthorized exploitation of their assets and ensures that all parties are clear about the boundaries of permitted use, thereby reducing the risk of infringement disputes.
