Support Subscription definition

Support Subscription means the level of Support purchased by Customer, as set forth in the Order Form. (HashiCorp Support)

Support Subscription means means the annual Support for the Licensed Software purchased by Customer.

Examples of Support Subscription in a sentence

  • Customer may terminate this Agreement or any individual Support Subscription for any reason or for no reason by providing HashiCorp at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice.

  • Customer may modify its designated Technical Support Contacts at any time during the Support Subscription term by notifying HashiCorp in writing and giving HashiCorp five (5) business days to process the change.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement by Customer for convenience, or any individual Support Subscription for convenience, all unpaid fees for the terminated License Subscription(s) shall become due and payable, and any prepaid fees for the License Subscription(s) will be nonrefundable.

Related to Support Subscription

  • basic subscription privilege means a privilege to subscribe for the number or amount of securities set out in a rights certificate held by the holder of the rights certificate;

  • Subscriber Shares means the Shares which the subscribers to the Instrument of the ICAV agree to subscribe for as more particularly hereinafter set forth after their names.

  • Subscription Service means the PROS software applications subscribed to by Customer under an Order and made available online by PROS as described in the Documentation. “Subscription Service” excludes Professional Services and Free Trial Services.

  • Subscriber means the subscriber to the Memorandum.

  • Subscription Fee means the Fees payable by IPTV Operator to ZEEL for availing the signals of Zee Group Channels on a monthly basis and calculated as “ZEEL’s Share of MRP” multiplied by average active subscribers for any given month.

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Subscription Term means the initial subscription term and if applicable any renewal subscription term of a Cloud Service identified in the Order Form.

  • Subscription Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
