Liability of Public Officials. To the full extent permitted by law, no official, employee, agent or representative of the Town of Xxxxxxx shall be individually or personally liable on any obligation of the Town under this Contract.

Liability of Public Officials. Nothing in this Contract shall be construed to render the members of the Selectboard, Town Administrator, or any other officer, employee or agent of the Town, or their successors in office, personally liable for any obligation under this Contract.

Liability of Public Officials. No trustee, agent, representative, officer, board member, attorney or employee of the School District or the Authority shall be charged personally with any liability, or be held personally liable under any term or provision of this Agreement or, because of its execution or because of any breach, attempted or alleged. All parties understand that in such matters these persons act only as agents or representatives of the School District or the Authority.
