Common use of Level Three - Board of Education Clause in Contracts

Level Three - Board of Education. a. (a) If the aggrieved teacher is not satisfied with the disposition of his his/her grievance at Level Two, he may he/she may, within three five (35) days after receipt of the decision, or within thirteenfile the grievance with the Board of Education.

Level Three - Board of Education. a. a) If the aggrieved teacher is not satisfied with the disposition of his his/her grievance at Level Two, he he/she may within three seven (37) days after the decision, or within thirteenfile the grievance with the Board of Education.

(1) If the aggrieved teacher person is not satisfied with the disposition of his grievance at Level Two, he may may, within three (3) days after the decision, or within thirteensix (6) days after the hearing, file the grievance again with the Grievance Committee for appeal to the Board.

If the aggrieved teacher person is not satisfied with the disposition of his his/her grievance at Level Two or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) days after presentation of the grievance in writing, he/she may, through the Association, file a written request for appeal with the Board Chairperson within five (5) days after receipt of the decision at Level Two, he may or, if no decision is given, within three five (35) days after the decision, or within thirteendecision was due.
