Common use of Level 4 Clause in Contracts

Level 4. If the Employee is not satisfied with the response of the Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services, the Employee may submit the grievance to the Superintendent within ten (10) days of the receipt of the response to Level 3. The Superintendent shall sign and date all copies when he/she receives them. The Superintendent shall respond in writing within ten (10) days of the above date. Either party may be accompanied by one other Employee or administrator.

Level 4. If the Employee is not satisfied with the response of the Assistant Superintendent for Administrative ServicesDeputy Superintendent, the Employee may submit the grievance to the Superintendent within ten (10) days of the receipt of the response to Level 3. The Superintendent shall contact the Council #25 Staff Representative assigned within five (5) days of receiving the grievance to schedule a conference. Following this conference, the Superintendent shall respond in writing within ten (10) days of in writing to the above date. Either party may be accompanied by one other Employee or administratorChapter Chairperson.

Level 4. If the Employee is not satisfied with the response of the Assistant Superintendent for Executive Director of Administrative Services, the Employee Xxxxxxx may submit the grievance to the Superintendent within ten (10( 10 ) days of the receipt date of the response to Level 33 reply. The Superintendent shall sign and date all copies when he/she he receives them. The Superintendent shall respond in writing contact the Council # 25 Staff Representative assigned within ten (10f ive ( 5 ) days of receiving the above dategrievance to schedule a conference. Either party may be accompanied by one other Employee or administratorFollowing this conference, the Superintendent shall respond within ten ( 10 ) days in writing to the Chapter Chairperson.
