Letters of Support. 13.1 The Joint Committee may authorise the Chair of the Joint Committee to send letters of support on behalf of the Councils to businesses for projects which the Joint Committee decides are complementary to the Swansea Bay City Deal. The Joint Committee shall not give such authorisation to the Chair of the Joint Committee unless the Joint Committee is satisfied that the project for which a letter of support will be provided meets criteria agreed by the Joint Committee.
