Common use of LESSOR'S EXPENSES Clause in Contracts

LESSOR'S EXPENSES. Lessee shall pay Lessor all costs and expenses including attorney’s fees, incurred by the Lessor in exercising any of its rights or remedies hereunder or enforcing any of the terms, conditions, or provisions hereof. This contract shall be governed by the applicable laws of the State of [California or New York], and the Lessee shall agree that any proceedings which it may institute shall be brought in the State of [California or New York].
