Lender Obligations Several. The failure of any Lender to make the Advance to be made by it as part of any Borrowing shall not relieve any other Lender of its obligation, if any, to make its Advance on the date of such Borrowing. No Lender shall be responsible for the failure of any other Lender to make the Advance to be made by such other Lender on the date of any Borrowing.
Lender Obligations Several. The failure of any Lender to advance a Loan to be made by it as part of any Borrowing shall not relieve any other Lender of its obligation to do so. No Lender shall be responsible for the failure of any other Lender to advance a Loan on the requested Borrowing Date.
Lender Obligations Several. The respective obligations of the Lenders under this Agreement are several and not joint and no Lender shall be responsible for the failure of any other Lender to satisfy its obligations hereunder.

The failure of any Revolving Lender to make a Revolving Advance to be made by it as part of any Borrowing shall not relieve any other Revolving Lender of its obligation, if any, to make its Revolving Advance on the applicable Borrowing Date. The failure of any Bridge Lender to make a Bridge Loan shall not relieve any other Bridge Lender of its obligation, if any, to make its Bridge Loan on the Closing Date. No Lender shall be responsible for the failure of any other Lender to make a Revolving Advance or Bridge Loan, as applicable, to be made by such other Lender on any applicable Borrowing Date.
Lender Obligations Several. The obligations of the Lenders under the Loan Documents are several. The failure of any Lender or any Agent to carry out its obligations thereunder shall not relieve any other Lender or any Agent of any obligation thereunder, nor shall any Lender or any Agent be responsible for the obligations of, or any action taken or omitted by, any other Person hereunder or thereunder. Nothing contained in any Loan Document shall be deemed to cause any Lender or any Agent to be considered a partner of or joint venturer with any other Lender or Lenders, any Agent, any Guarantor or any Borrower.

No Lender shall be responsible for the failure of any other Lender to make the Advance to be made by such other Lender on the date of any Advance.

The failure of any Lender with a Commitment to make a Loan to be made by it on the Closing Date or as part of any Borrowing shall not relieve any other Lender of its obligation, if any, to make its Loan on the Closing Date or on the date of any Borrowing, as the case may be. No Lender shall be responsible for the failure of any other Lender to make the Loan to be made by such other Lender on the Closing Date or on the date of any Borrowing.
