Leaves for Study Clause Samples

The "Leaves for Study" clause grants employees the right to take time off from work to pursue educational or training opportunities. Typically, this clause outlines the eligibility criteria, the process for requesting leave, and any limitations on the duration or frequency of such absences. For example, it may specify that employees must provide proof of enrollment in a recognized course or obtain prior approval from management. The core function of this clause is to support employee development while ensuring that the employer can plan for and manage temporary absences effectively.
