Leave With or Without Pay. 15.01 An employee who is granted leave up to one (1) year under this Collective Agreement shall return to his/her position upon the termination of leave. 15.02 An employee who is elected to a full-time position with the Union shall be granted leave of absence without pay for a period of one year. Such leave shall not be granted on a contiguous basis.
