Leave Pay. A. Teachers shall be credited eight (8) days sick leave per year at the beginning of the school year accumulative to one hundred (100) days. Sick leave shall be earned at the rate of one (1) day per month from September through April. If an employee fails to complete a full school year, sick days taken in excess of the earned one (1) day per month shall be deducted from the teacher's final paycheck.
