Adjustment Due to Unfinished Contract. Employees who leave the employment of the ▇▇▇▇ School District before termination of the current year’s operation for reasons other than those beyond his/her control will forfeit one leave day for each school month remaining at the date of termination of services, whether or not such leave days have already been used. Adjustment for such forfeiture shall be made on the employee’s final paycheck.
