Leave for Conferences, Conventions, etc. With the approval of the School Committee no more than three (3) official delegates of the Xxxx Teachers Union shall be granted leave with pay to attend conventions of affiliated bodies, educational conferences, or other functions which contribute to the advancement of educational welfare in the City of Xxxx.
