LEAVE DONOR PROGRAM. In accordance with applicable laws, regulations and statutes an EMPLOYEE who has been affected by a medical emergency, has no sick leave accrued and has exhausted all available sick leave, may make written request to the EMPLOYER to become a leave recipient under the leave donor program. See Section 8 of this Article.
