Common use of Leave Documentation Clause in Contracts

Leave Documentation. All Leaves shall be documented with an explanation through the District’s human resource digital employee kiosk application. All leave requests must include the type of leave, reason with explanation to the type of leave, start date, end date with associated times and substitute needs based on the length of the leave. Leave documentation must be provided. Documentation or reasons section left blank or left without sufficient ability to differentiate between legitimate or not will not be approved.
