Leave Administration. The leave provisions herein set forth shall be administered in accordance with the following guideline, namely: (a.) Leave shall be allocated in one (1) day increments, shall be charged against duty days only and shall cease to accumulate during such periods as the teacher is on a leave of absence, laid-off or otherwise not regularly providing services to the District.
