Common use of Lease Transfer Clause in Contracts

Lease Transfer. Lessee may not, at any time during the term of this lease, assign, or transfer this agreement or any interest therein, without the written consent of Lessor; the Lessee shall have the right to lease that portion of the buildings placed on the premises by Lessee which are not needed by Lessee in the operation of his business with the approval of the Lessor.
