Restaurant/Concessions. LAPA may enter into agreements, from time to time, with caterers or restaurant operators for purposes of providing food and beverage services in the Restaurant Facilities. Such agreements and any material amendments thereto are subject to the prior approval of the Director. In addition, LAPA may enter into agreements with third parties with respect to the sales of merchandise in Retail Space.
