Regional Airline Services means the provisioning by Mesaba to Northwest of Scheduled Flights using the Aircraft in accordance with this Agreement and includes Scheduled Flights operated by Express Airlines I, Inc. pursuant to the Wet Lease Agreement.

Regional Airline Services shall have the meaning given to such term in the Air Services Agreement.

Regional Airline Services means the provisioning by Contractor to Alaska of Scheduled Flights and related ferrying using the Covered Aircraft, Spare Aircraft and Transition Aircraft in accordance with this Agreement. Revenue Onboard – means one revenue-generating passenger on one flight segment, regardless of whether such flight segment is all or part of such passenger’s entire one-way flight itinerary.

Regional Airline Services means the provisioning by RAI to Midwest of Scheduled Flights and related ferrying using the Covered Aircraft or neutral spare aircraft in accordance with this Agreement.
