Common use of Lease of Premises Clause in Contracts

Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the Leased Premises, under the terms and conditions herein, together with a non-exclusive right, in common with others, to use the following (collectively, the “Common Areas”): the areas of the Building and the underlying land and improvements thereto that are designed for use in common by all tenants of the Building and their respective employees, agents, customers, invitees and others.

Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the Leased Premises, under the terms and conditions herein, together with a non-exclusive right, in common with others, to use the following (collectively, the “"Common Areas”"): the areas of the Building and the underlying land and improvements thereto that are designed for use in common by all tenants of the Building and their respective employees, agents, customers, invitees and others.

Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the Leased Premises, under the terms and conditions herein, together with a non-exclusive right, in common with others, to use the following (collectively, the “"Common Areas”"): the areas of the Building and the underlying land and improvements thereto Park that are designed for use in common by all tenants of the Building Park and their respective employees, agents, customers, invitees and others.

Lease of Premises. 1.1. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord Landlord, the Leased Premises, under as shown on Exhibit A-2 attached hereto, for use by Tenant in accordance with the terms Permitted Use and conditions herein, together with a no other uses. All portions of the Building that are for the non-exclusive right, in common with others, to use the following (collectively, the “Common Areas”): the areas of the Building and the underlying land and improvements thereto that are designed for use in common by all tenants of the Building Building, such as service corridors, stairways, elevators, public restrooms and their respective employeespublic lobbies, agents, customers, invitees and othersare hereinafter referred to as “Common Area.”

Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the Leased Premises, under the terms and conditions herein, together with a non-exclusive right, in common with others, to use the following (collectively, the “Common Areas”): the areas of the Building Development and the underlying land and improvements thereto that are designed for use in common by all tenants of the Building and their respective employees, agents, customers, invitees and others.

Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases the Premises to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the Leased Premises, under the terms and conditions hereinTenant, together with a non-exclusive right, in common with others, the right to use any portions of the following Project, as hereinafter defined, that are designated by Landlord for the common use of tenants and others (collectively, the “Common Areas”): the areas ). The “Project” consists of the Building and building of which the underlying Premises is a part (the "Building"), the Common Areas, the land upon which the same are located, along with all other buildings and improvements thereto that are designed for use in common by thereon or hereunder, including all tenants of the Building and their respective employees, agents, customers, invitees and othersparking facilities.

Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the Leased Premises, under upon the terms and conditions hereinhereof, together with those certain premises (the "Demised Premises") which shall include the building (the "Building") located at the address set forth below, and all public areas which are not a non-exclusive rightpart of the Building, in common with othersincluding, to use without limitation, driveways, sidewalks, parking areas and landscaped areas (the following (collectively, the “"Common Areas”): "). The legal description of the areas of real property upon which the Building and the underlying land and improvements thereto that Common Areas are designed for use in common by all tenants of the Building and their respective employees, agents, customers, invitees and otherslocated ("Project") is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".

Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the Leased Premises, under the terms and conditions herein, together with a non-exclusive right, in common with others, to use the following (collectively, the “"Common Areas”"): the areas of the Building Building, parking areas and the underlying land and improvements thereto that are designed for use in common by all tenants of the Building and their respective employees, agents, customers, invitees and others.

Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases the Premises to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the Leased Premises, under the terms and conditions hereinTenant, together with a non-exclusive right, in common with others, the right to use any portions of the following Project, as hereinafter defined, that are designated by Landlord for the common use of tenants and others (collectively, the “Common Areas”): the areas ). The “Project” consists of the Building and building of which the underlying Premises is a part (the “Building”), the Common Areas, the land upon which the same are located, along with all other buildings and improvements thereto that are designed for use in common by thereon or hereunder, including all tenants of the Building and their respective employees, agents, customers, invitees and othersparking facilities.

Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the Leased Premises, under the terms and conditions herein, together with a non-an exclusive right, in common with others, right to use the following (collectively, the “Common Areas”): the exterior areas of the Building and the underlying land and improvements thereto that are designed for use in common by thereto, including, but not limited to, parking areas (collectively, the "Exterior Areas"), as shown on Exhibit A hereto, and all tenants rights of ingress and egress as necessary to access the Building and their respective employees, agents, customers, invitees and othersLeased Premises.

Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the Leased Premises, under the terms and conditions herein, together with a non-exclusive right, in common with others, to use the following (collectively, the “Common Areas”): the areas of the Building The Park and the underlying land and improvements thereto that are designed for use in common by all tenants of the Building Park and their respective employees, agents, customers, invitees and others.

Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the Leased Premises, under the terms and conditions herein, together with a non-exclusive right, in common with others, the right to use the following (collectively, the “Common "Outside Areas”"): the areas of the Building and the underlying land and improvements thereto that are designed for use in common by all tenants of the Building and their respective employees, agents, customers, invitees and others., a depiction of the Outside Areas being shown on Exhibit A-1 attached hereto and made a part hereof. ARTICLE 2—

Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord Landlord, the Leased PremisesPremises for the Term, under subject to the terms terms, covenants, agreements, and conditions hereinset forth in this Lease. Additionally, together with a non-during the Term, and any extensions or renewals thereof, Tenant shall the exclusive right, in common with others, right to use the following areas in the Building (collectively, the “Common Exclusive Use Areas”): the areas of the Building and the underlying land and improvements thereto that are designed for use in common by all tenants of the Building and their respective employees), agents, customers, invitees and others.at no additional cost to Tenant:

Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases ----------------- hires from Landlord Landlord, the Leased Premises, under the terms and conditions herein, together with a non-exclusive rightall rights, privileges, easements, and appurtenances belonging to or in common with othersany way appertaining thereto, including but not limited to, any and all surface easements, rights, entitlements, titles, and privileges of Landlord now or hereafter existing in and to use adjacent streets, sidewalks and alleys for the following (collectivelyTerm, at the “Common Areas”): the areas rental, and upon all of the Building covenants and the underlying land and improvements thereto that are designed for use in common by all tenants of the Building and their respective employees, agents, customers, invitees and othersconditions set forth herein.

Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases the Premises to Tenant Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases the Premises from Landlord Landlord, for the Leased Premises, under Term and upon the terms and subject to the conditions herein, together with a of this Lease. Tenant shall have the non-exclusive rightright during the Term, in common with othersall other persons permitted use thereof by Landlord, to use the following Common Areas (collectivelyas hereinafter defined), except that with respect to the Parking Facilities Tenant shall have only those rights, if any, set forth in Article 31. The term “Common Areas”): the areas of the Building and the underlying land and improvements thereto that are designed for use in common by all tenants of the Building and their respective employees, agents, customers, invitees and others.

Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the Leased Premises, under the terms and conditions herein, together with a non-exclusive right, in common with others, to use the following (collectively, the “"Common Areas”"): the areas of the Building and the underlying land Land and improvements thereto that are designed for use in common by all tenants (as such is applicable) of the Building and their respective employees, agents, customers, invitees and others, including but not limited to all parking fields and ingress/egress roads.
