Common use of Leap Year Clause in Contracts

Leap Year. On February 29th, each crew shall work an eight (8) hour shift to prevent one crew from working an adverse number of holidays. ▇▇▇▇▇ days will be taken as they fall. Employees shall not be compensated for working four (4) weeks without a ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ (only the weeks before and after February 29th). Employees shall be compensated at the straight time rate for the eight (8) hour shift on February 29th.
