Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. No part-time member of the Bargaining Unit shall see benefits, which may be provided to other part-time teachers by the College, decrease as a result of acquiring membership in the HFCC-FT Bargaining Unit.

Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. The City shall offer combined dental and vision care insurance coverage for part-time bargaining unit members. Regular part-time bargaining unit members may elect to enroll in combined dental and vision care insurance pursuant to Article 21.2.1 above and the City will contribute a percentage of the premium equaling ninety-five percent (95%) of the bargaining unit member's authorized position full-time equivalency (FTE) towards the selected coverage. The regular part-time bargaining unit member will be responsible for the balance of the combined premium through payroll deductions. If the regular part-time bargaining unit member does not select coverage, no cash payment will be made in lieu of the insurance.
