Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. No part-time member of the Bargaining Unit shall see benefits, which may be provided to other part-time teachers by the College, decrease as a result of acquiring membership in the HFCC-FT Bargaining Unit.
Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. The City shall offer combined dental and vision care insurance coverage for part-time bargaining unit members. Regular part-time bargaining unit members may elect to enroll in combined dental and vision care insurance pursuant to Article 21.2.1 above and the City will contribute a percentage of the premium equaling ninety-five percent (95%) of the bargaining unit member's authorized position full-time equivalency (FTE) towards the selected coverage. The regular part-time bargaining unit member will be responsible for the balance of the combined premium through payroll deductions. If the regular part-time bargaining unit member does not select coverage, no cash payment will be made in lieu of the insurance.
Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. Part-time bargaining unit members may elect to participate in the LTD program and the City will contribute a percentage of the premium amount equaling the bargaining unit member’s authorized position full-time equivalent (FTE) towards the selected coverage. The part-time bargaining unit member will be responsible for the balance of the premium through payroll deductions. If the part-time bargaining unit member does not select coverage, no cash payment will be made in lieu of the insurance. Part-time bargaining unit members will have a one time option to participate subject to certain provisions of the law.
Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. Part-time bargaining unit members shall have the equivalent number of leave days as full-time members based upon their full-time equivalent (FTE) per day. (ie. A 0.6 FTE shall have eighteen 0.6 personal illness days)
Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. Any Bargaining Unit member covered under the scope of this agreement contracted to work less than 184 full days will:

All part-time bargaining unit members shall have the district contribution to their health insurance premium prorated in direct and equal relationship to the full- time equivalent (FTE), (i.e. 0.6 FTE would receive 60% of the district payment of the premium for health insurance)

Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. A part-time Bargaining Unit Member is any Unit Member who has a regular assignment, which consists of less than eight (8) hours per day.
Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. A. Any part-time bargaining unit member hired subsequent to March 1, 1990 shall receive fringe benefits pro-rated on the hours which the member works (e.g., a teacher who works two hours per day receives approximately 2/7 of the full-time teacher benefits).
Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. Part-time bargaining unit members who opt to work a full day on a seven (7)-hour district professional development day will be compensated at their per diem rate for time worked over their normal hours. The bargaining unit member must submit a timesheet to his/her Principal for any hours worked beyond their scheduled day in order to be compensated.
