Common use of Lead Positions Clause in Contracts

Lead Positions. The Hospital may establish non-supervisory lead positions which include additional duties and responsibilities for scheduling, mentoring, educating and training new staff, work direction and other duties as assigned. Lead positions will be paid an additional one dollar ($1.00) per hour over the applicable classification rate. Lead positions will be posted pursuant to Article 17, Section 5.
