Lead Differential. A. Employees who are assigned to direct or serve as a crew leader will be paid an hourly premium of five percent (5%) of their normal hourly wage rate for all hours worked in that capacity. “Crew Leader” is defined as an employee assigned by their supervisor or by those given indirect supervision to regularly provide daily guidance, prioritize requests and schedule workload for other staff members. A crew leader has no supervisory or evaluation authority.
