LAYOUT RESPONSIBILITY AND LEVELS. Contractor shall lay out and be strictly responsible for the accuracy of the Contractor’s Work and for any loss or damage to the CZS or others by reason of the Contractor’s failure to set out or perform its work correctly. The Contractor shall exercise prudence so that actual final conditions and details shall result in perfect alignment of finish surfaces.
