Lateral Transfer Within Current Classification. An employee may request a lateral transfer to an open position within the employee’s current classification at any location within the District. Any such transfer is subject to the mutual consent of both Police Chiefs of Saddleback College and Irvine Valley College Campus Police Departments, as well as the Executive Director of Human Resources & Employer/Employee Relations or designee.
