Later Owner and User a) The Owner hereby undertake and guarantees with the Employer and the Management Unit that in case the Apartment is transferred in any form, including the Apartment transfer, assignment or sale from the present Owner to a new owner, the Owner shall ensure that new owner also undertakes and guarantees with the Employer and the Management Unit that they will observe these Regulations as a condition of such transfer, assignment and sale.
