Large Volume Program. Upon request by the Purchaser, the Contractor will destroy large volumes of Documents. Large Volume requests will be on an as, if and when requested basis. • The minimum volume and corresponding weight for the Large Volume Program is 200 File Boxes (6,000 lbs.) from a single location. • The Purchaser will have the Documents ready for pick up in Purchaser-supplied, non-returnable File Boxes that are taped securely closed, stacked on pallets and securely shrink wrapped, and marked clearly for document destruction. • The Contractor is responsible for loading all File Boxes on pallets for transport. • The Contractor will replenish all pallets with the same amount taken away at time of pick up, at the request of the Purchaser as confirmed by the Contractor at the time of the request for the Services, otherwise the Contractor need not replenish any pallets if the Purchaser declines this option.
