Lands Part of Final Reconciliation Agreement. In the event the shíshálh Nation concludes a Final Reconciliation Agreement, the shíshálh Nation acknowledges that the Lands transferred to the shíshálh Nation or a Designated Company under this Agreement will form part of the consideration provided by the Province and Canada, as applicable, under a Final Reconciliation Agreement.
