Upon prior notice, we and our agents and employees may enter the apartment during reasonable business hours to inspect, repair, or perform any work necessary to maintain the property. When emergency repairs are required, our agents and employees may enter at any time. If you are not present, our agents and employees may use a master key or forcibly enter the apartment without liability to you for such entry.
