LABOUR MANAGEMENT BARGAINING RELATIONS. 9.01 A Unit Bargaining Committee shall be appointed and consist of not more than three (3) members of the bargaining unit. The Union will advise the employer of the union nominees to the committee. 9.02 Any designated representative of the union bargaining or grievance committee, who is in the employ of the employer, shall have the right to attend meetings mutually agreed upon held within working hours without loss of remuneration. It is understood that this provision applies also to the grievance and arbitration procedures including any employees identified in Article 11.07. 9.03 The Union agrees to submit the names of the grievance and bargaining committee to the employer.
