LABOUR MANAGEMENT BARGAINING RELATIONS. 34.01 Members of the Bargaining Unit shall have the right at any time to have assistance of representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees or any other advisors when dealing or negotiating with the Employer. Such representative(s) or advisor(s) shall have access to the Employer's premises in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of a grievance or in any other matter relating to the Union's business.
