Common use of KITCHEN FACILITIES Clause in Contracts

KITCHEN FACILITIES. Tenant may not use Landlord’s kitchen facilities without Landlord’s express written consent or unless included in the Tenancy described in paragraph 2 above. Tenant may not bring onto the Premises or use in Premises hotplates, microwave ovens, coffee pots or other appliances without the express written consent of the Landlord.
