It is the responsibility of the personal representatives to collate, respond and provide all information and documentation as requested by the Insurer to the Policyholder or its Associates. To the extent that the personal representatives of the Investor’s estate are unable to provide the information requested, the claim under the Insurance Policy may fail (or the payment of a successful claim may be delayed).
