Key Investigators. If Drs. Xxxxxx Xxxx’x, Xxxxx Grass’ or Olesia Buiakova’s employment with Xenogen Cranbury ends for any reason and the parties are unable to agree on a successor reasonably acceptable to Pfizer, Pfizer may terminate this Agreement pursuant to Section 8.
