Jury Duty and Legal Proceedings. ARTICLE XIV A. A full time employee who serves on jury duty shall be paid for time necessarily lost from work provided the employee makes every reasonable effort to be available for work within his or her regular work schedule when not occupied with jury duty. The pay shall be the difference between each day’s jury fee and the employee’s regular rate for time lost from work. Such pay shall not exceed the pay for his normal work week.
