In the event the Court gives instructions or makes determinations that conflict with those of the Judicial Council with respect to any matter affecting Criteria Architect’s performance of its obligations, the Criteria Architect shall notify the Judicial Council of the conflict and the Judicial Council shall resolve any such conflict.
