Journey Accident Insurance. The Company company will provide insurance cover for employees whilst on the direct journey from their normal residence to their place of work and return, for the purpose of starting or ending their days work. The insurance will provide for payment of wages and some lump sum medical benefits as per the policy conditions, to an employee who sustains an injury and loses time from work as a resultincurs associated costs. The payment of benefits will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy, which are agreed upon between the Company and the insurance company and are subject to change at the insurer's discretion. Determination of each claim rests with the insurer.
