Common use of JOINT TRAINING AND APPRENTICESHIP COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

JOINT TRAINING AND APPRENTICESHIP COMMITTEE. To assure the Industry of an adequate supply of properly trained and skilled Journeymen, Apprentice and Journeyman training shall be under the jurisdiction of the Joint Training and Apprenticeship Committee, composed of four (4) representatives from the Union and four (4) representatives from The Committee will administer the Training Fund in accordance with the terms and conditions of the "Refrigeration Local Training Trust Fund Agreement". All prospective Apprentices must be approved by the Joint Training and Apprenticeship Committee before being employed. To enable this Committee to fulfill its obligations as related above, the Association and the Union shall allocate to it the necessary sum of money as outlined in Article
